VP, Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced senior IT leader, with a background in industrial and/or manufacturing industries, to guide our business through a technology transformation. You’ll be responsible for the design and development of our information systems, including identifying, justifying, integrating and assimilating scalable fit for purpose solutions to enable our continued growth. The successful candidate will crave a deep understanding of the business and have an ability to create value, not just deliver technology.

This position requires strong business acumen, multiple full lifecycle implementation experiences, the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to deliver business value across multiple functions all while building a highly effective team, and maturing our IT practices and methods.

What you'll do:

Evolve and execute the IT strategy and vision with a focus on scalability, automation and analytics

Drive Divert towards a high-performance operating model that leverages common processes, data and systems starting with fully implementing our core ERP solution

Develop, mature, and continuously improve the technology team and its practices

Standardize and drive the adoption of productivity tools to streamline collaboration, enhance productivity and simplify information and file sharing

Evaluate buy vs build against fit, scalability, integration and ROI when deciding how to maximize long term value

Establish and execute a formal information security program

What we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree (required) with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline.

15+ years of experience in IT with at least 8+ years in a direct leadership role.

Multiple full lifecycle technology implementations with at least 3 ERP projects and 3 integrations with third parties

Direct experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT integrations

A great coach, mentor and communicator with a proven ability to lead teams through significant technological and organizational change

Strategic Program Management and organization skills to deliver programs on time/budget and properly communicate issues and status to stakeholders.

Excellent business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners and vendors with clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Direct experience managing an IT budget, managing 3rd parties and developing technology roadmaps.

Ability to ensure that effective IT general controls, data privacy controls are maintained and documented at the appropriate level.

Experience in all aspects of IT including infrastructure, support, cyber security, audits, disaster recovery, etc.

Strong preference for candidates with direct system engineering and software development experience from the industrial / manufacturing field or similar "built environment"

What's In It for You?

Compensation Range: $200,000 - $220,000 annually
