We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong track record of success to play a crucial role in contributing to our mission of reducing the cost of access to space.The New Shepard business unit is leading the way in operational reusability utilizing a fully reusable suborbital rocket system designed to take astronauts and research payloads past the Kármán line – the internationally recognized boundary of space. As a Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner with program leadership to drive financial performance and programmatic decisions!Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Partner with program leadership to align quarterly program forecasts for Cash Receipts, Revenue and Expenditures with program's strategic goals.Perform Risk and Opportunity assessment of program forecasts, providing potential solutions for mitigation and/or developing recovery plans.Analyze financial performance to develop reporting that provides insights into the key drivers of the program's financial performance.Assess Expenditure, Profit/Loss and Cash Flow impacts of customer proposals prior to senior leadership reviews.Serve as a trusted business partner to the New Shepard program teams, proactively ensuring teams operate within financial constraints and invest capital wisely.Build and continuously improve financial processes, including but not limited to developing financial models and reporting, identifying key performance drivers and introducing new analytical methods.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytical field.2+ years demonstrating performance in roles that include business planning, analyzing performance and reporting insights to senior leadership levels.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Familiarity with SQL.Ability to earn trust and maintain positive, professional relationships with key business partners and the broader finance team.Experience with data mining across diverse data sets for the purposes of data analysis.Intellectual curiosity in the products, underlying business processes and impact of financial decisions within the New Shepard business unit.Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in related field.Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL.Experience with Tableau or cost modeling.Compensation Range:
