This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in accounting, audit, or transaction analysis who are looking to transition into private equity or venture capital.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and valuation for private equity investmentsSupport in the preparation of financial reports, including forecasting and budgeting for portfolio companiesAssist in due diligence, monitoring, and management of investment performanceCollaborate closely with investment teams and management to provide actionable insights on investment strategiesAnalyze financial statements, market trends, and industry data to assess risk and growth potentialProvide support for transaction execution, including financial reviews and deal structuringQualifications:1-4 years of experience in audit, transaction services, or financial analysis, preferably with exposure to private equity, venture capital, or family office environmentsA

CFA

or

CPA
