Solutions/Software Analyst/Scientist/Engineer

with the Pipeline Development team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement, and continually improve advanced digital vision computational models and pipelines for high-throughput analysis of digital pathology images. You will refine methodologies for data analysis, processing, visualization, and storage. You will strive to maximize efficiency, quality, reliability, and customer usability and satisfaction. Also, you'll be evaluating operational processes, building solutions, developing algorithms, coordinating projects, and managing clinical genetic data. You will be conducting research using bioinformatics theory and methods, designing databases and developing algorithms for processing and analyzing genomic information, or other biological information.Key Job ElementsDevelop, maintain, and improve the digital pathology platforms and improve data pipelines, including front-end and back-end system integration.Collaborate with cross-functional team to integrate software findings into clinical applications.Document tasks, methodologies, and outcomes to contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Communicate key findings to stakeholders in the form of reports and presentations.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and research methodologies, integrating this knowledge into novel solutions that contribute to research objectives.Qualifications

Knowledge/ExperienceBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.Knowledge in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React.js, Angular.js). Ability to develop, test, and maintain high-quality front-end code using modern frameworks and technologies.Ability to optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.Ability to integrate algorithms, data models, and APIs into the front-end, ensuring seamless interaction and real-time data visualization.Understanding of digital pathology and basic pathology-related images processing, including knowledge of different stains, is preferred but not required.Experience analyzing multi-modal healthcare-related datasets and robust statistical knowledge preferred but not required.Must enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment.Must have the ability to troubleshoot both individually and as part of a team.Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate in an open, transparent, timely and consistent manner.Supervisor ResponsibilitiesNoneReports ToDirector of Pipeline DevelopmentEnvironmentFulgent Therapeutics LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
