The Returns and Rebate Support Analyst will perform a critical role in the analysis of expired returns and recall cycles. This will include ensuring that the returns and recalls have been issued in accordance with Teva’s policies and procedures. The Returns and Rebate Support Analyst will manage the relationship with large accounts and work through any discrepancies as they arise. The Analyst will report to the Manager, Returns and Rebate Support.How you’ll spend your day

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESCalculate and validate fees for recalled products. Ensure payments are in accordance with Teva's and/or customers' policies.Ensure Return Authorizations and Quality Complaints are processed timely and in accordance with Teva’s policies.Assist to perform maintenance and closing details for expired returns and recall cycles.Process Quality Assurance Services Weekly Compensation Report by processing credits for quality returns and issuing checks.Assist with Teva Returns Mailbox to streamline customer complaints/issues, requesting additional information regarding an overage/damage, populating Return Manual Authorizations, and sending out FedEx labels.Communicate with management regarding return requests outside of Teva's policies.Communicate with customers regarding RA instructions as well as return denials.Maintain logs for monthly accrual submission.Provide support and documentation to internal and external auditors.Comply with all SOX requirements.Demonstrate professional standards with business contacts to maintain Teva’s reputation within the pharmaceutical community.Follow Teva Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Other projects/duties as required/assigned.Your experience and qualifications

REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred, HS Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 3 years in the following:

Experience with pharmaceutical returns.Experience with Flex/Model N, Enterprise BI, SAP, and iSeries.

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline sensitive.Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, CONCATENATE, etc.).Enjoy a more rewarding choice
