About The Role
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Saratoga Springs branch.The prime candidate for this position is:Service focused and responsive to customer needsCommitted to excellenceActively able to cross sell bank products & Services to fit customer needsAble to build relationships with customers and your teamHave the ability to multitaskRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide stellar customer service to all customersProcess deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactionsBalance cash drawerOpen new accounts, process wire transfers and stop paymentsKnow and actively cross sell bank products and servicesRespond to customer concerns and provide solutionsAssist customers both in person and via phoneAttention to detailThe entry rate for this position is $17.00+/hour.
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.SCHEDULE:

QUALIFICATIONS:High School DiplomaCustomer Service Experience18 years and older1-year prior banking experience preferredCash Handling Experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:Ambitious and Self MotivatedGoal Oriented and Driven to SucceedAbility to follow up with customers as neededPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to: sit; use hands in repetitive motions to finger, grasp, handle or feel; and talk or hear. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
