About The Role

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Saratoga Springs branch.The prime candidate for this position is:Service focused and responsive to customer needsCommitted to excellenceActively able to cross sell bank products & Services to fit customer needsAble to build relationships with customers and your teamHave the ability to multitaskRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide stellar customer service to all customersProcess deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactionsBalance cash drawerOpen new accounts, process wire transfers and stop paymentsKnow and actively cross sell bank products and servicesRespond to customer concerns and provide solutionsAssist customers both in person and via phoneAttention to detailThe entry rate for this position is $17.00+/hour.

All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.SCHEDULE:

QUALIFICATIONS:High School DiplomaCustomer Service Experience18 years and older1-year prior banking experience preferredCash Handling Experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:Ambitious and Self MotivatedGoal Oriented and Driven to SucceedAbility to follow up with customers as neededPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
