The Chicago Real Estate Group is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior associates (Class of 2023-2018) to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing.The Real Estate Group of Skadden advises U.S. and international clients in connection with all types of complex transactions in every space in the real estate industry. Working with Skadden's global network of 50-plus practices, the Skadden Real Estate Group advises on transactions around the world involving the purchase, sale, co-investment, construction, financing, development, leasing, management, operation, and other investment in real property across the full spectrum of asset classes including office, multifamily, single-family, industrial, logistics, hospitality, data centers, retail, lodging, and gaming projects.Associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.These efforts, along with our professional development and other Skadden benefits, including a hybrid work model, underscore Skadden's long-standing commitment to investing in its people, culture, and diversity.
