It is the “go to” role for Client Finance managers, their client teams and the central team for applications used in the delivery of Client Finance services to JLL customers as part of Outsourced service contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesTo be systems administrator/SME on JDEdwards E1 for EMEA, including maintenance of tables, approval and governance, control processes and Month End Close, Quarter and Year End cycles;To be SME on all other applications supporting finance processes including Kyriba, Delphi, TM1, Corrigo, BTAP, ASC606 etc.;Point of contact with JLL Technologies (JLLT) for maintenance and development of finance applications; engage and support projects and initiatives from JLLT;Work closely with other technologies supporting the business e.g. Corrigo, Clarizen, Azara etc;Provide training and support to new and existing users of E1;Manage, develop and promote use of ReportsNow and other reporting applications for client finance reporting, including training users;Advise/develop E1 strategy to business need, work closely and share expertise with other finance systems managers in North America and Asia Pacific Regions;Ensure all financial systems controls are fit for purpose and properly executed, working with Compliance and Internal Audit; Systems access approval;Projects as required by Finance Director & Senior LeadershipExperience/CapabilitiesEssential:Expert/Superuser recent experience of JDEdwards E1;High ability to quickly understand systems and process flows;Detailed accounting knowledge in complex businesses;Knowledge of outsourcing; business processes including design;Proven project and change management experience;Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problemsHighly focussed on detail/forensic approach to problem solvingProactive in developing team relationships and stakeholder managementAbility to lead, train and share knowledge with the Client Finance communityDesirable:Real Estate or Facilities Management history/knowledge;Experience of CAFM or work management systems;Recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA);Other ERP knowledge, especially Peoplesoft 9.2ERP system implementation experience;Knowledge of TM1, EPBCS, Hyperion/Cognos etcProject management qualifications – formal or acquiredLocation:Remote –Warsaw, POL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
