Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for completing and tracking non-technical compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards as well as local laws, rules and regulations (LRR). The individual will partner closely with control functions, application owners, development teams and technology managers to ensure technical security, risk, and other compliance activities are completed on-time and per requirements.Foster collaboration between different teams.Keep updating RISE deliverables progress (commentary and 'Go-To-Green') and make sure deliverables are completed.Provide assistance to App Owners with Risk and Compliance deliverables/requests directly received by App Owners (not in RISE).Schedule weekly meetings with App Owners to review upcoming deliverables.Complete administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables.Assist with ad hoc inquiries and questions about the application.Assist with RISE/ERP drafts, submission and collection of TE approvals.Assist with Business Continuity exercises and evidence collection.Assist with ARM submissions for GIS exceptions.Assist with CM submissions for GIS verification or downgrade requests using information provided by AO or application team.
Requirements:
Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, and influencing skills.Able to manage multiple deliverables with various timelines.Highly motivated self-starter with proficiency in multi-tasking ability.Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.RISE - work with AO to ensure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements for the applications they support.

Flexible in a changing regulatory environment.Works well under pressure.
