OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Colorado and Massachusetts, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

With a convenient location in Boulder and two practice locations in Massachusetts, we are working to grow our Colorado footprint to better serve our communities. Our interview process focuses on your skill sets and interests to match you to the best available location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches. The interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP).
CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT:
Our clinicians have the unique ability to customize the care for each patient. You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see a patient as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Medication management and individual psychotherapy are the most common forms of clinical work performed at OMH.

Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with a perfect work/life balance, typically between Mondays – Fridays, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
