Private Banking Relationship Manager

Dallas, TX . This role is responsible for the growth, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of existing Private Banking customers, and sourcing new customers through referrals.The ideal candidate will have the experience necessary to:Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.Focus on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients.Responsible for generating, retaining, and expanding business in one or more of the following areas: loan and deposit products, investment and trust referrals, commercial business referrals.Responsible for credit analysis and proper loan structuring.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Develop and follow up on new client leads through existing clients, referrals from other bank departments and divisions.Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree and some experience with lending, sales, banking products and services or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.Working knowledge of sales techniques, banking products, and services.Must have excellent customer service, negotiation, and PC skills.This position will be open until filled.All candidates, including those with criminal histories, will be considered for employment.
