remote.What You’ll DoUnderstand client requirements and how they translate to new application featuresCollaborate with the development team and other IT peers to set specifications for software development and maintenanceWrite high-quality Java, Vue, and SQL code to program complete on schedulePerform Unit and Integration testing before implementationAssist with Functional and Non-Functional testingAssist with troubleshooting and debugging applicationsHelp to maintain and develop Technical Documents and guides to accurately represent application design and codeResearch and resolve production issues and end user support requestsWork both independently and in collaboration with other team membersWhat You'll NeedRequired:Understanding of the Software Development Life CycleExperience designing and building applications8+ years programming experience in Java5+ years relational database experienceExperience with J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, VueJSIn-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platformsKnowledge of Eclipse, Jenkins, SonarQube, JBoss, Kubernetes preferred but not requiredExperience developing, deploying, and maintaining applications in an Azure environmentApplication integration using API, REST, and SOAP web servicesDevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOpsKnowledge of code version control tools such as GitContainer-based development leveraging Docker and/or Kubernetes preferredExperience modernizing Legacy applications to Cloud-based, Micro service(s) solutions preferredA team player with good communication skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityGreat attention to detail and time-management skillsBS/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field or equivalent experiencePhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
