Gameday Men's Health is the Man Cave for Men's Health. Founded in Southern California, we are the fastest growing network of men's clinics with both corporate and franchise locations open nationally.

Gameday is an innovative men's health center specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP.

Gameday was created for one simple reason: To give men a world-class experience to feel their best. Set in a man cave environment with plush with flat screen TV's, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia. Gameday is revolutionizing the way men receive effective treatment. We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both.

Gameday is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of experience in endocrinology and testosterone replacement therapy to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership in the delivery of men's health services.

Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Maintain clinic census goals.

Participate in peer review, quality assurance, provider meetings and other clinical meetings.

Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and consultations.

Diagnose and treat a variety of men's health conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Assignment of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes for diagnosis of treatment and services rendered.

Complete timely and accurate medical documentation according to Gameday, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

Testosterone Replacement, Erectile Dysfunction: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix, Comprehensive aesthetic consultations.

Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections.

Supervise and mentor medical support staff.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Ensure efficient clinic operations and workflow.

Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain quality standards.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.

Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications.

Provide guidance on treatment options and wellness strategies.

Foster a patient-centered approach to care.

Represent GameDay Men's Health in the local community.

Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare partners.

Participate in outreach and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in a related field: urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.

Active D.E.A. Certificate.

Active Controlled Substance Registration is preferred.

No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.

Must display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Active state license and in good standing with the state is required.

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR).

ACLS or Advanced Life Support within 12 months of employment.

Insurability (malpractice).

Certification in men's health or related specialty is a plus.

Proven clinical leadership experience in men's health or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is preferred.

Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P-shots) experience is a definite plus!

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

No nights

Weekends as needed
