Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.Responsibilities include:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systemsManage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systemsProvide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsProvide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systemsProvide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problemsHere's what you need:Three (3) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is requiredBachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeSecurity Clearance:An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to startThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:$93,400 — $185,800 USDWhat We BelieveWe have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
