Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Data Governance Advisor to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role involves contributing to the creation and maintenance of Data Governance policies, frameworks, and standards, ensuring data reliability and integrity across the enterprise. As a Data Governance Advisor, you'll assess current Data Governance practices, identify areas for improvement, and work with various lines of businesses to implement governance practices and drive engagement with Enterprise Data Governance Tools.In this role you will:Assess Data Governance practices across different lines of businesses or domains, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.Guide and assist lines of businesses in building their foundational Data Governance knowledge and effectively utilizing governance tools.Develop enterprise-wide Data Governance Guidelines or standards and provide support for the adoption of EDG Governance tool - Collibra.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess proposed new governance tools and optimize their use to advance the objectives of the Enterprise Data Governance policy.Benefits and Perks

Documented experience in implementing data governance practices, preferably with knowledge of Collibra.3+ years' experience in a healthcare business environment, with knowledge of data management practices.Ability to convey complex data concepts via visual techniques and work effectively in a highly-matrixed environment.Proficiency in Agile project management and commitment to principles of Service, Innovation, Diversity, Empowerment, Integrity, Self-motivation, and Passion.
