Analyze financial data through the use of Alteryx workflows and Excel Macros in VBA in a timely and efficient manner. Work with a finance team that is motivated to achieve results while focusing on Dine’s core values.
Role & Responsibilities
Run and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows which take franchisee income statements and map them to a standardized income statementRun and troubleshoot Excel macros and queries that aggregate various types of financial data from these income statementsRun and troubleshoot Alteryx workflows which take labor efficiency metric data from franchisees and map them to a standardized formatCalculate royalty and advertising credits for each restaurant based on delivery incentive program (monthly) and delivery service program (quarterly)Entails gathering and aggregating data from appropriate sources, and running Alteryx workflows as well as Excel macros to process the dataPrepare monthly sales forecasts reportsOther duties include assisting Finance Director with various initiatives and tasks, including updating and maintaining trackers related to Applebee’s franchisees (i.e. for letters of credit, guarantees, promissory note balances, restaurant remodels, debt leverage, debt maturity, restaurant closures, poorly performing restaurants, etc), and other ad hoc projectsSkills & Requirements
