The Opportunity:

Whether it’s process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the healthcare industry and healthcare transformation. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop change strategy, user-adoption tactics, communication plans, and training. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including PowerPoint and Excel2+ years of experience with industry methods for strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, organizational change management, business process reengineering, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, or performance management or optimization2+ years of experience facilitating strategic planning or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites2+ years of experience writing and editing communications, and communications planning2+ years of experience conducting surveys and gathering stakeholder feedback to develop reports for leadership to expose trends, gaps, and potential outliers for better decision makingKnowledge of change management methodologies and best practicesAbility to perform stakeholder analysis and engagement, and design thinking and human-centered design methodsPublic TrustBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:

2+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firmExperience designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysesExperience developing project plans and performing task or project management functionsExperience in the healthcare industry or with clinical operationsExperience with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or healthcare operationsExperience with collaboration platforms such as MuralPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent data gathering and analysis skillsMaster’s degreeProsci, LaMarsh, CMAP, PMP, Design Thinking, or LUMA HCD Practitioner CertificationVetting:

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
