We are hiring an experienced Civil Design professional to support customers in the Infrastructure Industry with the implementation of CAD and BIM solutions. The Application Specialist will support our Clients with project work, product demonstrations on the latest Autodesk solutions, and conduct training classes tailored to the specific client’s needs. Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D is required, knowledge of Infraworks, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is preferred.In addition to project work and CAD/BIM management, our Application Specialists also help with the installation and implementation of new tech solutions and provide training and tech support to clients. Other functions include hosting user groups and monthly webinars with the Sales and Marketing Teams.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Work in a team environment to evaluate and meet customer needsMentor adoption of new technology and processes for AEC companiesDeliver effective assessment of customer skills and workflowsTrain others in the use of the latest Autodesk technologiesAssist with drawing production, workflow support, and other complementary project workOccasional travel to other office locations to assist customers onsiteRequired Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience with Autodesk products (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, etc.)5+ years of professional AEC/CAD industry experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environmentManifest a positive attitude while handling multiple projects in a timely mannerExcellent communication and presentation skillsBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or similar fieldMicroCAD offers full benefits, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical, with company funded Health Savings Account, Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental and Vision Plan, Optional Life, STD and LDT insurance plans, 401K plan with company contributions, and generous paid time off with flexible work schedules.
