The Solano County Law & Justice IT Team is seeking a dynamic Information Technology Analyst, Principal, to lead our Sheriff’s Office IT operations into the future. About Us:Solano County’s Law & Justice IT Team is the backbone behind our Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, Probation Department, and Courts. We’re dedicated to providing cutting-edge IT solutions that support public safety, uphold justice, and serve our community.

The Role:As an Information Technology Analyst, Principal (Law & Justice), you’ll be at the forefront of our Sheriff’s Office IT strategy. Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Partnership:

Forge strong relationships with Sheriff Office management, driving IT innovation aligned with departmental goals.Advanced Technical Expertise:

Provide expert support for critical law enforcement systems like CAD, RMS, and mobile data terminals.Leadership & Supervision:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring top-tier performance and development.Project Management:

Oversee complex IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Qualifications:We’re looking for a candidate with:Law Enforcement IT Experience:

Extensive background in law enforcement IT roles with a solid grasp of CAD, RMS, and other specialized systems.Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance (CJIS, HIPAA), and ITIL methodologies.Leadership Skills:
