Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain impacts on financial metricsLead financial closing procedures and SOX compliancePrepare and review critical journal entriesSpearhead monthly forecasting and variance analysisContribute to annual operational planning and budgetingIdentify and implement process improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to drive business resultsProvide expert analysis for auditsLead special projects and foster a positive team environment
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of finance experience in manufacturing or supply chainBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)Proven supervisory experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power BI knowledge a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability to work in a fast-paced environmentComprehensive understanding of Information Systems and ERP platforms
