RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST (Full-Time Weekends)

DescriptionThe Radiologic Technologist prepares for and performs standard x-ray examinations utilizing x-ray equipment. Radiologic Tech with MRI, CT, Ultrasound, or Mammography certification is a plus and will start out at a higher compensation. The ideal candidate has experience in CT. This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, accrued time off, short-term disability, and other supplemental plans.RequirementsGraduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.National Board for Radiology Technology Credentialed - ARRT.Associate or Bachelor's degree.Minimum of (2) years experience in multiple disciplines of Radiologic Technology preferred. MRI, CT, Ultrasound, or Mammography certification is a plus.Current license with the Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners required if Radiology Technologist.Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.CT certification required.
