If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Job Description:The Workflow Service Manager is end-to-end accountable for delivery of Salesforce portfolio of initiatives for PSaS. Reporting to the Vice President of Gx, Biopharma, Pricing, and Finance Service Category, the Service Manager will play a crucial role in driving the strategic and tactical direction of the Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities.Responsibilities:Strong in SFDC delivery managementDevelop and execute technology roadmaps for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with PSaS teams to lead and implement workflow solutions.Manage the budget and planning for Salesforce-related expenses.Mentor and manage a team responsible for designing, configuring, developing, supporting, and administrating Salesforce and other supporting systems.Deliver technology solutions that enhance employee and customer experiences, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to manage demand and identify opportunities for process optimization and digitization.Oversee day-to-day operations, including helpdesk, to ensure business continuity, service-level agreements are met, and service delivery is continuously improved.Stay up-to-date with new features and functionality provided by Salesforce and effectively manage relationships with external partners.Select technology solutions and system integrators, negotiate contracts, and manage external delivery partners/vendors.Drive continuous improvement on existing technology platforms to enhance customer and partner experiences, scalability, security, and quality.Minimum Requirements:

Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.Critical Skills:10+ years of experience and expertise in Salesforce service cloud and/or marketing cloud and/or sales cloud.Knowledge and experience with various tools in the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Salesforce DevOps, GitHub, backup/recovery tools, etc.Experience in implementing external applications like Mulesoft and understanding integration with multiple ERPs is preferred.Deep knowledge of CRM strategy, processes, and best practices.Experience partnering with multiple delivery and AMS vendors on achieving business objectives.Additional Skills:Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments.Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a team of technology professionals.Strong communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to make sound decisions using intuition, business judgment, and discretion.A team player with a high level of accountability and a proactive attitude towards getting things done.Education:

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.Our Base Pay Range for this position:
