This position requires a talented developer comfortable with work autonomy and a collaborative team environment. Geospatial web and desktop applications in .NET framework experience is required. Cybersecurity Workforce Information Assurance Technical Level II certification is required. State, local, or Federal Government web application development experience is desired.Relevant ExperienceDeveloped geospatial web and desktop applications in .NET framework via ASPX, C#, Visual Basic, and JavaScript while leveraging Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri) and Oracle spatial products.Database development and administration experience.Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) DesignationsInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II DoD-approved 8570 Baseline Certification in accordance with Cyberspace Workforce Management and Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program. Appropriate Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) Certificate. Complete balance of qualifications for IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of hire date.EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)-related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience; orAssociate's Degree in IT-related field or Professional Developer Certificate in a field relevant to EIMS with at least 6 years of relevant experience; orAt least 8 years of relevant experience.QualificationsSECRET Clearance: Required.Security ClearanceApplicants may need to have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the Minimum Qualifications.
