Runs and reviews Dual Credit queries, assists Dual Credit students with enrollment paperwork, responds to Dual Credit enrollment issues, maintains Dual Credit student records, and assists with the preparation and execution of Dual Credit events. Serves as a subject matter expert to LSC staff and ISD partners on topics related to Dual Credit. Responsible for maintaining data integrity by auditing own work and work of others within the department. Helps ensure that consistent Dual Credit practices are followed.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Assists Students and Parents with the completion of Dual Credit enrollment paperworkAccepts completed enrollment documents from students and ensures they are logged and properly filedAssists with the enrollment of Dual Credit StudentsAssists with the preparation and execution of Dual Credit eventsProvides general information and answers to questions regarding Dual Credit to students and parentsMaintains queries and reports concerning Exceptional Admit (S09) Dual Credit Students to ensure data integrity and complianceProvides general organizational support for the Dual Credit and School Partnerships departmentsAttends Off-Campus Enrollment Events at local high schoolsResponsible for other reasonable related duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Strong attention to detailStrong Customer Service SkillsAbility to use software products, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work on multiple projectsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to ensure compliance with due dates/deadlines and regulatory requirementsAbility to transfer knowledge to peers, subordinates, and higher authoritiesPHYSICAL ABILITIES:The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone, and other general office equipmentInterface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry out the functions of the positionWork is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazardsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceSalaryHiring salary range is $36,057 to $41,466. Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted full-time non-faculty positions.
