We're excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Cash Management Operations Manager! Under the direction of the Vice President, Cash Management Team Lead, this position supports the profitability and efficiency of the Cash Management function throughout the customer’s full life cycle, including implementation, acting as the customer’s day-to-day direct technical support, and supporting sales team members in fulfilling customer needs relating to cash management.The hiring range for this position is $73,000 to $85,000.This position is

Full Time, 40 hours weekly.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Supports the Cash Management Team Lead and all internal partners in the implementation and continued servicing of cash management customers. This includes providing support during implementations, administrating the cash management application process, and giving technical support to all existing customers using cash management products and services, including ACH, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Sweep Accounts as well as account opening documents. Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.Manages all Cash Management required documentation from installation through completion of set up, and annual reviews. Performs annual assessment documentation and approves or recommends temporary limit changes as needed.Expands existing customer relationships by seeking opportunities to match customer needs with cash management solutions, or solutions from other business partners across the Bank. Aids Banking Center staff and departments regarding complex customer inquiries and requests for Cash Management-related products. Assists business partners with assessing needs of customers and suggesting appropriate cash management services.Monitors and manages overall risk of Cash Management services, including establishing appropriate controls in the product design and delivery process. Performs IT Risk assessments, vendor management, and audit reviews relating to cash management.Manages cash management product vendors to provide satisfactory and timely resolutions to system and/or customer support issues. Communicates with internal staff regarding the issues and resolutions.Assists in the creation and preparation of responses to RFP’s with proposed business service for prospect and existing customers.Supports cash management product development. Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming trends in the cash management industry, and utilizes this knowledge to make recommendations to meet customer needs.Ensures that department procedural manual and branch related procedures are maintained as needed.Maintains an understanding of state and federal regulations, risk trends that affect cash management services, industry best practices and product innovations.Responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers, community and colleagues through the embodiment of our Core Values: Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Excellence and Prosperity.Other job duties, as assigned.Knowledge And Skills

It is required that the employee in this position can work independently, interpreting ideas and facts, while also analyzing and interpreting federal and state laws and/or regulations. This employee should have strong customer service and sales skills, as well as strong written communication skills and the ability to make effective presentations in a group setting. Employees with exceptional verbal and numerical aptitudes are required. The proven ability to explain technical details to non-technical personnel is also required.This position requires intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including a basic knowledge of Outlook, intermediate knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint, and advanced knowledge of Word. Must have advanced knowledge of electronic services technology and compensating risk mitigation tools, such as Remote Deposit Capture and Online Banking platforms. Specific knowledge of the Finastra core platform, OnBase, Fusion Digital Banking platform are preferred.Education And Work Experience

A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, is required. AAP or CTP certifications are preferred. Must have minimum of three years of work experience in the oversight of cash management and/or treasury management.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

This position is in an office environment, which means the physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards, with a moderate level of noise. Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen with freedom of movement on a regular basis is expected. Minimal physical effort is required but could include: repetitive motion of wrists and fingers; talking and hearing; and handling of light materials and supplies.
