Job DetailsDescriptionCapgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Security Engineer to join our team to support our government clients. In this remote role, the candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will have a crucial part in supporting the security and overall compliance of the risk management framework within the Department of Defense (DoD). You will closely collaborate with our Cloud Operations team to ensure Cyber compliance of Windows Systems running in the Cloud.Job Responsibilities:As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will:Build DOD Compliant AWS Windows EC2 AMIsEnsure STIG Compliance of Windows systemsProvide hands-on provisioning and support of Amazon EC2 InstancesPerform Windows Server Administration tasksResolve AESS/Trellix interferenceMaintain AWS Workspaces ImagesCollaborate with the EC2 Image BuilderUse automation tools like CloudFormation and/or TerraformRequired Qualifications:US Citizenship is required with an active DoD clearance, or previously held oneBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and at least one AWS certificationMinimum 5 years of experience (with a bachelor’s degree) working within an IT environment. 3 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree for a total of at least 8 years of work experienceProficiency in working with AWS environmentsSolid understanding of Windows in a Cloud EnvironmentFamiliarity with automation tools such as CloudFormation and/or TerraformAbility to interpret, prioritize, and remediate Windows-related ACAS findingsExcellent problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with AESS/TrellixExperience with AWS WorkspacesAbout CapgeminiCapgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
