The best team is the key to achieving the best clinical outcomes at Inner Circle Autism Network! As part of our commitment to building a high-quality team, we are looking for a Clinical Treatment Director to lead a team of BCBA’s in unlocking every child’s potential.

Center-based services: Most of our clients receive center-based services, but we recognize the importance of leaving it to the BCBA’s clinical judgment regarding the need for home and community-based services to target certain goals.

How will you make an impact?

Develop and execute a mentorship program for BCBAs, developing competencies and strong foundations for quality service delivery.

Develop and monitor the systems for supervision and mentoring of students in academic programs for behavior analysis.

Continuous monitoring, employment, and refinement of systems for supervision of registered behavior technicians.

Provide meaningful employee training to effectively grow and develop skills of registered behavior technicians.

Ensure quality of care is delivered companywide through development and implementation of treatment quality and integrity protocols.

Lead staff development initiatives to address all areas of quality service delivery.

Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 2-10, in natural settings of a small caseload.

Conduct client onboarding, including timely responses to caregiver inquiries, initial pre-screenings, and intake processes.

Collaborate with the Operations Director to effectively manage the appropriate assignment of cases and assigned hours.

Conduct interviews and provide feedback on candidates for open positions.

Qualification Requirements:

Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, special education, or a related field.

BCBA Credential/Certificate.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA.

Clinic Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
