Gather, review and analyze data requirements.Execute technical support and training to all customers using the IAMQC Peer and IAMQC Infinity product range.Liaise with the Informatics development team to ensure that the functionality of the IAMQC Infinity and Peer products are meeting customer and market requirements.Work closely with business partnership’s informatics sales teams on the installation, implementation, training, and follow-up support for customers using IAMQC Infinity and Peer Software products across various sites and geographies. Be the “go-to” person for IAMQC expert in coverage area to assist with installations and implementation projects.Develop and maintain hardware and software requirements for installations and liaise directly with the relevant IT people at customer sites.Provide support to Business Development and Sales during customer presentations and demonstrations.Provide, as needed, customized training on both IAMQC Infinity and IAMQC Peer products to large Health Systems.Travel to customer sites as and when required.Liaise with the Technopath Clinical Diagnostics internal Informatics team for support, training and updates as required.Perform other related duties as assigned.Work with Director of Business Development and Strategies to increase IAMQC Peer and Infinity labs and their overall usage of any improvements to the programs.Participate in weekly business partnership meetings with other Technopath team members to improve customer experience and improve processes.Work with business partnership’s key sales teams to improve knowledge of IAMQC Peer, connectivity and IAMQC Infinity. Strengthen key value proposition that the IAMQC products can improve the sale of their instruments with Technopath product lines.Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development, Project Management. Business or lab degree is a plus.5+ years’ experience in technology development and deployment.Experience with Windows OS, Networking, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, C#, Java technologies is ideal.Good understanding of computer systems and ability to understand the system hierarchy and application of that hierarchy to practical situations. Good understanding of systems engineering concepts and the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.Good knowledge of developing process flows and application of systems workflow to existing work processes.Willingness to learn and work on own initiative.Experience of working in a regulated environment.Good organizational qualities, along with good communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Additional Information
