Staff Accountant
position. This contract-to-hire role requires working on-site five days a week and offers an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for reconciling multiple bank accounts, managing balance sheet accounts, and maintaining fixed asset schedules. Experience with Peachtree and a background in manufacturing is a plus!Key Responsibilities
Reconcile multiple bank accounts and ensure accuracy across all reconciliations.Reconcile and maintain all balance sheet accounts.Manage and track fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation and schedules.Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.Experience with Peachtree
is a plus.Strong ability to reconcile multiple bank and balance sheet accounts.Fixed assets management experience
is required.Manufacturing industry experience
is preferred.Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Compensation and Benefits
