These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.Our WW Sales BPR team is seeking a Next Generation Selling Platform & Content Technology BPR lead to drive our business goals through our technology roadmap. In this position, you will lead a team of project managers and technical product managers/analysts. You will use your curiosity, communication, and leadership to transform and deliver new capabilities that transform process and technology. You and your team will support a portfolio of applications, including store selling platform that customers interact with at stores and its supporting centralized content management and digital asset management systems.Are you a deep thinker who excels at connecting the dots across multiple complex systems and seeing around corners? A successful candidate is a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision. We need someone with strong analytical, project management and leadership skills to drive a transformational automation in Sales.Minimum Qualifications10+ years of managing software development projects.Strong sense of execution and accountability for the overall success of the program.Strong systems/business analysis skills, including capturing and documenting requirements, understanding business needs, impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews and workshops, requirements harmonization, and proposing solutions.Willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.Excellent facilitation skills, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions – all the way up to executives.Ability to work in a matrix organization and navigate effectively through clear communication and relationship building.Skilled in interacting with both technical and business teams, and adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders.Demonstrates an unwavering ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging and dynamic environment.Works in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, senses direction where it may be unclear, and does so without a loss of performance.Possesses a passion for process improvement and problem solving with an approach that encourages innovation, elimination of waste, and efficiency improvements through automation.Demonstrates ability to understand and explain complex business processes, systems, and tools with a specific focus on upstream/downstream impact.Experience planning software release cycles, including determining business priorities, owning product roadmaps, partnering internally, managing communication with stakeholders, setting success metrics, and tracking change management.Preferred Qualifications3-5+ years of leadership experience is preferred; Background in consumer products and/or channel retail organization is a plus.Experience delivering global enterprise content management (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems.Experience with CMS architecture, localization, publishing workflows, integrations, and adoption strategy.Understanding and implementation experience with CMS and personalization technologies.Experience with AI/ML technologies related to content workflow publishing processes.Experience with Adobe products is preferred.Experience operating and leading in a high-paced, constantly evolving work environment, leading the team through issue resolution during the entire development lifecycle.Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.Background working across global timezones and geographies to drive collaboration and product requirements.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
