Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations/ScreensDevelop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of residentsAccurately complete and document all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely mannerProvide education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providersSupervise Physical Therapy Assistants
Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy ProgramHold licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York1-year Physical Therapy experience in LTC setting preferred
