Position Overview:
As an Oral Surgeon at AOMS, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced surgeons, providing a wide range of surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, and more. You will have complete autonomy in practice, access to a robust patient base and a supportive administrative team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with the highest level of expertise and care
Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide patient education on surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards
Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in oral surgery
Qualifications:
DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
Board certification or eligibility
Valid state dental license and DEA license
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
