About the Surgical Services Department:
The Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to providing quality surgical services and improving the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
About The Career:
Functions as a member of the Hospital Management team. Responsible for Surgical Services, including the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, PACU, and Central Sterilization departments. Accountable for preparation, administration, and management of unit budgets. Develops, leads, coordinates, and participates in CQI/QA activities. Assures appropriate utilization of human resources. Assists in the development of surgical services, nursing department, and hospital strategic and long-range plans. Participates on hospital committees.
All About You:
Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Progressive management experience required.
Must be BCLS certified.
Minimum of three years clinical experience required.
