Scott Air Force Base IL 62225Job SummaryGalapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Level Four Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support for our program, ensuring the security and compliance of our network and peripheral equipment.As a Level Four ISSM, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the documentation of the quantity and specifications of installed network assets for certification and accreditation purposes. You will conduct thorough risk assessments and manage attendant documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is submitted into the appropriate databases, such as the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (EMASS), Enterprise Information Technical Data Repository (EITDR), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other Department of Defense (DOD) Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) databases.Skills / Experience RequiredSecret Clearance10+ years of experience/education providing cyber security, information systems security, RMF, C&A supportExperience working with EMASS, creating DIACAP packages, and RMF proceduresProvide Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support for the programOversee the documentation of network assets' quantity and specifications for certification and accreditationConduct risk assessments and prepare attendant documentationSubmit risk assessments and related documentation into EMASS, EITDR, RMF, or other DIACAP databases for certification and accreditation purposesManage data entry and risk assessments to ensure successful certification and accreditation of systems and softwareEnsuring compliance with DOD information assurance and cybersecurity standards and protocolsExtensive experience in information systems security managementDeep understanding of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes, including DIACAP, RMF, EMASS, and EITDRProven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and manage complex documentation processesStrong knowledge of network assets and peripheral equipment specifications.Proficiency in using C&A databases and toolsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsEducation / Certifications10 years of experience/education providing cyber security, information systems security, RMF, C&A supportMinimum high school diplomaMinimum DoD 8570 IAT I complianceBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOPaid Paternal leaveTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen.
