Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity.Key Responsibilities:Effectively manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity across Delivery stakeholders through regularly scheduled meetings and follow up.Implement tracking and reporting mechanism to maintain accountability of assigned tasks to ensure projects stay on plan.Develop and report KPIs aligned to Delivery projects.Prepare and provide project(s) update to internal teams and key stakeholders weekly.Manage Business Activities Calendar to ensure Business activities impacting Delivery is accounted for and facilitate discussions with other project leaders when adjustments are required to support delivery service levels.Work with shared services team to align on staffing and training needs related to ongoing projects.Liase with Business Management teams and Process Leaders as necessary.Escalate emerging risk timely to Process Leaders and Senior Delivery leaders.Ability to flex when needed as project objectives and timelines may shift.Basic Qualifications:Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.Ability to lead without “formal” authority.Ability to effectively challenge.Strong organizational skills.Well versed in Smart Sheet functionality.Experience with JIRA.Strong Presentation skills and use of Power Point.Proficient in Excel.Prior Experience:3-5 years Operations and or Project Management experience.Preferred experience with Bank Operations.Preferred experience with Project Management and Change Management.
