As Associate Director, User Experience (UX) Design, you will help lead our UX team in crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that exceed customer expectations. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless execution across all digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

Leadership and Delivery:

Take charge and own the experience design vision, inspiring internal partners and external clients.

Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, providing guidance and mentorship.

Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and collaborating effectively.

Manage multiple client engagements while balancing user and business goals.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UX best practices.

Connect client objectives with strategy, design, and development.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advocate for innovative UX approaches.

Contribute to new business pursuits by showcasing UX deliverables and insights.

UX Design and Definition:

Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, ensuring consistency and quality.

Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

Translate user insights into actionable design solutions.

Partner with content strategy experts to define information architecture.

Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate UX strategies and design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Foster strong cross-functional relationships and a collaborative working environment.

Share lessons learned and maintain a library of assets for reference.

What you bring:

A strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

7+ years’ experience as a UX professional, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Proven experience leading UX design projects from concept to launch.

Ability to lead UX workshops and guide team members effectively.

Experience using research and data to inform recommendations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design.

Proficiency with Figma; experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Knowledge of best practices for UX and interaction design.

Understanding of accessibility design issues and best practices.
