TechMentee, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our IT team, reporting directly to the Lead Developer. This role involves setting up efficient backend systems, writing clean and scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet business requirements.Role:

Full-time – RemoteResponsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications according to business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, ensuring its stability and functionality.Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, scalable software solutions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Continuously explore new technologies and techniques to enhance software performance and user experience.Work closely with project managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, providing input on technical direction and project planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proficient in front-end and back-end development frameworks, including but not limited to React, Angular, Node.js, or Django.Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.Familiarity with database management and SQL.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.TechMentee, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer,
