To be considered for this role, we require you to hold:Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred)NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete)National Police CheckWorking with Children CheckFirst Aid certificate and CPR (preferred)NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete)Eligibility to work in AustraliaFully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidenceCompetencies and Experience:Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 6 months relevant experiencePrevious experience of supporting People with disabilitiesDemonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to prioritise effectively and organise your own work/caseloadDemonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practicePay rates vary based on the day of the week & shift type, but rest assured we like to recognise our carers' skills & experience.
