The Senior Financial Analyst will be critical in the build-out and maintenance of Business Unit and Franchise analytics. Responsibilities include partnering with the appropriate functional areas to obtain relevant information and to present that information in a way that drives meaningful business discussions around past performance, as well as future forecast expectations. This role will be driving monthly Business Unit reviews with senior leadership. This role will focus on Sales and Gross Margin and will assist in driving the annual Plan process.Des Plaines, IL based hybrid position.Responsibilities

Coordinate monthly business reviews for each Business UnitResponsible for EBITDA walk elements and other financial KPI’s within each Business UnitImplement forecast process and reviews with functional leadersPartner with functional leads on annual and strategic plansAd Hoc analysis as necessary to support BU & Regional leadersSupport daily/weekly/monthly reportingMinimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other quantitative Field5+ years in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Commercial Finance or some combination thereofExperience in a Manufacturing environment is highly desiredKnowledge and/or demonstrated use of business reporting and financial systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Excel, OneStream, Cognos, etc.)Skills

Strong resolution and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills and business acumenAdvanced Excel and data management (Access, Alteryx, etc.) skillsDashboarding experience a plusKnowledge of and skilled in manipulating large amounts of data into meaningful informationAbility to be a self-starter; excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many tasks simultaneouslyCustomer service orientation is mandatoryHuFriedyGroup is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
