We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

Position: JR Network Engineer

Description
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches).- Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.- Assist in the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team.- Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on network experience.- CCNA or higher.- Familiar with networking fundamentals such as 802.11, VLan, and VRFs.- Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
Experience With Some Or All The Following
Cisco family of routers and switches (Catalyst)Juniper family of routers, switches, firewalls, and MistInfo Blox IPAM, DNS, and DHCPSolarWinds NPM
