Business Support group, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing all technical aspects of our development and production. We are looking for an experienced chemist to join our small and agile team, bringing innovative solutions and leadership to our projects.This position offers a unique opportunity to work on product troubleshooting and supply security for all types of protective and marine coatings. Your role will be crucial in driving formula cost reduction, supply security and customer solutions. You will collaborate with various other business functions such as manufacturing, product management, procurement, marketing, sales, technical services, quality assurance, legal, and product stewardship departments. As a senior chemist, you will apply your knowledge to design experiments to develop root cause analyses for all types of product issues. You will also be involved in designing and conducting experiments and evaluations while maintaining the utmost safety adherence and awareness.
