To deliver the cures of tomorrow to the people who need them today.Expanding Hope - Los Angeles CampusA cornerstone of City of Hope's plans to increase capacity to deliver care, the new Duarte Outpatient Center, Hope Plaza, is scheduled to open in February 2025. At eight stories and over 350,000 square feet, the facility will become the largest ambulatory care building on campus. The center will house state-of-the-art equipment, specialty clinics, new radiation oncology vaults, defined units to facilitate patient navigation, laboratory services, and dedicated clinical trial infusion and monitoring. Enclosed walkways and bridges between buildings will offer safer and more comfortable space for travel, especially for those who are immunocompromised.Join City of Hope - Duarte as an X-Ray Technologist II, where you'll shine in the spotlight of healthcare excellence! As an X-Ray Technologist II, you'll operate X-ray equipment, ensuring quality exams. You will prepare procedure rooms, assist during exams, and provide documentation for tracking and billing. You will also perform various radiologic procedures, including General Radiography, while prioritizing patient safety.As a successful candidate, you will:Perform a variety of radiologic procedures including General Radiography and cross-trained to another modality, either CT or MRI, within Diagnostic Imaging.Assist the radiologist, cardiologist, and/or clinician during radiologic procedures, including invasive and non-invasive studies.Prepare the patient, explain the procedure, and ensure patient's cooperation during the examination.QualificationsYour qualifications should include:Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.

Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.2 years in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology, preferred.AMA approved school of Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.CRT (Radiography and Fluoroscopy); ARRT.CPR certification.City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
