What does a Mitigation Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

The Mitigation Project Manager oversees the successful mitigation of various types of loss. They are first on site to meet the client and complete a thorough scope of work that can be clearly articulated and uploaded to meet compliance standards. They direct teams of Lead Technicians and Technicians to ensure that work is completed in a timely and professional manner while managing the process from the beginning and through efficient completion.Why Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Denver?

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and that our estimating team has what they need to write the estimates

Display extraordinary customer service and communication skills with our clients while respectfully entering their homes or businesses in their time of need

Demonstrate leadership in company meetings

Participate in the rotating ON-CALL schedule (includes some nights/weekends)

Show initiative and willingness to complete all projects in a timely manner with sense of urgency (fully utilizing all technology, equipment, collecting the COC at completion, assisting with AR, attention to detail/notes)

Act as a mentor to Lead Technicians/Technicians in training, offering guidance and support

Base Salary Starting Between $65,000 - $70,000 with a Competitive Monthly Incentive Plan

Qualifications:

Must have alignment with our Core Values of being

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record (recent 3 years)

Competence and experience with modern restoration technology (includes knowledge of systems, equipment, meters, DASH, RMS, MICA etc.)

Experience: at least 1 year as a Mitigation Project Manager or 2 years as a Lead Technician

IICRC certified (Water Restoration Technician)

Knowledgeable and articulate while answering questions throughout the process from the team, customers and carriers.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
