Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Cisco network switches, F5 load balancers, Aruba controllers and wireless access points, and have a solid grasp of network fundamentals including OSPF, IP addressing and subnetting, VLANs, spanning tree, and BGP.Key Responsibilities:Network Design & Implementation:

Design, configure, and deploy Cisco network switches and F5 load balancers, ensuring robust and scalable network solutions.Wireless Management:

Configure and manage Aruba controllers and wireless access points to ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance.Troubleshooting & Support:

Diagnose and resolve network issues related to Cisco switches, F5 load balancers, and Aruba wireless infrastructure.Network Optimization:

Monitor and optimize network performance, applying best practices to ensure high availability and reliability.Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate network documentation and generate reports on network performance and incidents.Collaborate with IT Teams:

Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other infrastructure components.Adherence to Standards:

Implement network changes and upgrades in accordance with ITIL foundations and managed services principles.Service Management:

Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.Required Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Cisco network switches, F5 load balancers, Aruba controllers, and wireless access points.Technical Skills:

Proficient in OSPF, IP Addressing and Subnetting, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, and BGP.Strong understanding of network security practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP or equivalent, and F5 or Aruba certifications are highly desirable.ITIL Knowledge:

Familiarity with ITIL foundations and best practices for IT service management.ServiceNow Experience:

Practical experience using ServiceNow for IT service management is a plus.Managed Services Understanding:

Knowledge of managed services concepts and practices is advantageous.Desired Attributes:Analytical Skills:
