Position Description:

LCG is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical solution architect with deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine Studio to best support our existing ServiceNow clients and expand to new clients.

This role requires enterprise solution architect-level skills to assess current applications and supporting systems and articulate how ServiceNow can integrate with and/or modernize these applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to clearly explain strategies for ServiceNow, supported by thorough technical and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Portal, Agile, PPM, and App Engine Studio.

Lead the ServiceNow solution architecture design and enhancement activities across multiple implementations, ensuring the technical integrity of ServiceNow projects.

Provide architecture and design of solutions utilizing App Engine Studio.

Lead technical teams and oversee large-scale implementations, mentoring and training team members on ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Assure the technical integrity of proposed solutions by ensuring coordination, governance, and change control are applied to technical specifications and infrastructure.

Advise on the impact of design options to related programs and on the process for assessing such impact.

Develop and communicate architectural strategy and roadmaps.

Develop and foster business relationships.

Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how ServiceNow can meet those needs.

Research, evaluate, build proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies.

Serve as the technical architect for the company's ServiceNow practice, overseeing all implementations, addressing technical issues, and sharing ideas and solutions.

Understand and evaluate current enterprise applications and supporting systems, articulating how ServiceNow can be leveraged for integration and modernization.

Develop and present strategic plans for ServiceNow implementation, backed by technical and business acumen.

Act as a technical evangelist for ServiceNow solutions, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, App Engine Studio, and other modules.

Proven experience in:

Architecting ServiceNow solutions.

Development of App Engine solutions.

Leading implementations.

Developing roadmaps.

Evaluating and integrating enterprise applications with ServiceNow.

Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of business processes and how ServiceNow can support and improve them.

Ability to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Ability to mentor and develop others.

Certifications required:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Certified Implementation Specialist certifications strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $168,700 to $222,900 per year with a target rate of $195,900 benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
