This position will include leading multiple projects simultaneously and hands-on engineering of IAM solutions. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong soft skills and engineering skills. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep projects on schedule as well as assist with strategic IAM direction of the CVS Health workforce.Daily Responsibilities:Lead team-members through the engineering of IAM solutionsLead or coordinate the IAM team’s work and keep projects on scheduleInfluence and align key stakeholdersManage implementations and releases via CI/CD strategiesImplementation of IAM technologies such as LDAP, Neo4J, Java/.NET Development, MySQL, SAML, OpenID Connect, and REST/SCIM APIs.Address issues and break down problems to be solved.Required Qualifications7+ years of direct experience within Identity Access Management (IAM)5+ years of hands-on technical IAM engineering experience3+ years of leading resources2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and MySQLPreferred Qualifications3+ years of access management experience with SSO and/or MFAGeneral understanding of DevOps MethodologyWorking knowledge one or more of the following: OpenID Connect, SAML, JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, Ping Directory, Radiant Logic, automated provisioning/deprovisioning, and MySQLExperience with REST API integrationExperience writing Linux shell scriptsStrong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experienceAbility to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environmentProduct/Program management leadershipCISSP preferredEducationBachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$124,372.50 - $247,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
