Position type: PermanentDuration: Full-Time employee with Innova Solutions.Location: Baltimore Maryland
As a Sr Project Manager, you will:
Work on strategic projects that generally involve multiple business units or the entire enterprise, with moderate to high risk and complexity. The Senior Project Manager acts as a single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale projects and programs to ensure goals and objectives are achieved with high quality and delivering on expected business value.
Manage multiple projects/programs of various size and scope, working with stakeholders from technology and various lines of businesses to achieve quality results.
Project Planning, Estimation, Requirement Analysis.Investment Management, Regulatory Requirements experience is a must.Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building.Ability to manage multiple workstreams.Extensive experience with Issue and Risk Management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent People Management Skills.Ability to navigate and coordinate with multiple groups in the organization.Ability to build partnerships with Technology and Business partners and influence decision-making.Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct agile ceremonies.Hands-on experience in JIRA and Scrum Leading.Ability to work closely with the business team in defining requirements/user stories.Experience in Financial Services Domain (nice to have).Release Management.Product Management Experience (nice to have).
The ideal candidate will have:
Exhibit FTT’s Regulatory Output, Outcome Oriented, Accountable, Empowered, Growth Minded, and Strategic, Agile certification – Certified Disciplined Agilist or Practitioner or Scrum certifications. Practical Agile delivery experience. Investment Management/Regulatory Experience.
Good to have skills:
Good communication skills.Investment ManagementProgram Management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Min 8-12 years related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*:
$ 115,500 – 135,500 Per Year*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
