What You’ll DoLead the UX design for our Planning productsCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements and product visionPractitioner in applying research methods and human centered design processes.Produce design artifacts with consistent design quality for software applications from project scoping, discovery, and validation to implementation support while following corporate design system and design process.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisionsDefine Information Architecture and navigation structure of larger applications.Contribute to the design system by identifying and specifying design patterns.Continuously test and iterate on design concepts, gathering user feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements.Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organizationWork closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the design visionWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your hands-on design workBachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Expert communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its applications in UX design is a plus.The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $130,000.00. This role will be based in our Dallas, Texas office. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
