Curtis Bay, MD.The ideal candidate will have progressive Inventory and Kitting experience and advanced knowledge of packaging and special handling requirements. You will be self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, presentation, problem resolution, and process improvement skills; and be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers, as well as working in cross-functional teams.What You'll get to Do:Resolve inventory discrepancies in the warehouseInvestigate red light parts on kits and work with cross-functional teams at Curtis Bay and BWI to keep kits movingLead and train team members as well as Ryder employees on how to resolve inventory/kitting anomaliesProvide Help Desk support for Production Control and other duties as assignedProvide status of resolved inventory and status of discrepant material when requestedThis position may be filled at either the

level based on the qualifications below.Basic Qualifications for an Inventory Accuracy Analyst:Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience; or a Master's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeExperience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 1 year SAP/ERP or other related systems experience as well as Microsoft OfficeExperience working in a cross-functional teamU.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearanceBasic Qualifications for Principal Inventory Accuracy Analyst:Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience. 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeExperience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 1 year SAP/ERP or other related systems experience as well as Microsoft OfficeExperience working in a cross-functional teamU.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearancePreferred Qualifications:Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or other closely related areaProficient in Operations Business Systems (SAP preferred)Transaction authority highly preferredExperience in MRP and Production ControlWhat We Can Offer You:Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
