Between $138,000 and $162,000 depending on experience and qualifications.Role Summary:

A highly skilled SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting and Onboarding Solution Architect with expertise in these modules, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to design and implement tailored HR solutions.Role Responsibilities:Lead the scoping, discovery, design, and implementation of scalable solutions.Provide consulting services to global organizations in HCM Best Practices.Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.Translate business requirements into system configuration objects.Engage in client discussions for new opportunities and present innovative solutions.Lead pre-sales efforts and collaborate on comprehensive proposals.Role Qualifications:SAP Certified Associate with ACTIVE certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central.10+ years of experience configuring and implementing HCM products.At least 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations.Deep domain knowledge of HR processes, focusing on Hire to Retire, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation Management.Consulting firm experience, preferably with Big 4 firms.Minimum Required for SuccessFactors Recruiting:Strong Recruiting functional knowledge.Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing solutions.Hands-on experience of configuring Recruiting XMLs and related functionalities.Minimum Required for SuccessFactors Onboarding:Strong Onboarding functional knowledge.Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions.Benefits:
